Third Quarter stats are in and all numbers look great!

  • Grayson County: According to NTREIS YTD closed sales are up 2.9% and the YTD Median Sales Price is up 5.6%. Strong pending numbers – up 8.8% indicate a strong finish for the year in closed transactions. Another key number, the Months Supply of Inventory is DOWN to 10.4 months, down 18.5% from October 2011.
  • Fannin County: According to NTREIS YTD closed sales  are up 13.2% and the YTD Median Sales Price is up 15.1%. Strong pending numbers – up 8.2% indicate a strong finish for the year in closed transactions. Another key number, the Months Supply of Inventory is DOWN to 12.4 months, down 22.4% from October 2011.
  • Collin County: According to NTREIS YTD closed sales are up 15.6% and the YTD Median Sales Price is up 1.5%. Strong pending numbers – up 16.4% indicate a strong finish for the year in closed transactions. Another key number, the Months Supply of Inventory is DOWN to 4.1 months, down 33.3% from October 2011.
